Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
Instructions:
  • Prepare cucumbers by removing seeds and cutting into bite-sized pieces before adding to salad bowl.
