30-minute cheesy herb drop biscuits: Savory, gooey goodness.
Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground thyme
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1 cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
  • 0.25 cup shredded white Cheddar cheese
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup 2% milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and generously grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, parsley, thyme, salt, sugar, Colby-Monterey Jack cheese, and white Cheddar cheese in a bowl. Add butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Gently stir in milk until the dough comes together.
  • Spoon heaping 1/8-cupfuls of batter onto the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and risen, for 20 to 30 minutes.
