Effortlessly create a beautiful apple-cranberry crisp that will impress without the time commitment.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (27 ounce) can sliced apples
  • 0.25 cup cranberries
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup cold salted butter
  • 1.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 gallon vanilla ice cream
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously butter an 8-inch square glass baking dish.
  • Place the drained apple slices in the baking dish and sprinkle the cranberries over them.
  • In a food processor, blend flour, sugar, and butter until crumbly, with pea-sized pieces forming (stop before it turns into dough). Use the mixture to coat the apples.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle with cinnamon, serve warm, and top with a scoop of ice cream.
