No-bake Nutter Butter® cookie balls with creamy peanut butter for a delightful twist on a classic treat!
Ingredients:
  • 16 ounces peanut butter sandwich cookies (such as Nutter Butter®)
  • 0.5 (16 ounce) jar peanut butter (such as Jif®)
  • 0.5 (24 ounce) package chocolate candy melts
  • 0.25 cup multicolored candy sprinkles
Instructions:
  • Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Pulse peanut butter cookies in a food processor to make crumbs. Transfer to a stand mixer bowl, add peanut butter, and mix on medium speed until dough forms, approximately 5 minutes.
  • Shape the dough into 20 balls and arrange them on the baking sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes to help them stay firm during the dipping process.
  • Melt chocolate candy in the microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Skewer each cookie ball with a toothpick, then dunk into luscious melted chocolate. Place the coated balls back on the baking sheet and sprinkle some festive toppings on top.
