Delicious cheesecake mousse with chocolate chips served in shot glasses.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup miniature chocolate chips
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 1.5 cups chocolate chips
  • 12 milk chocolate candy kisses (such as Hershey's Kisses®)
Instructions:
  • Sprinkle miniature chocolate chips at the bottom of 12 shot glasses.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar together in a bowl using an electric hand mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Alternate creamy cream cheese with rich chocolate chips in the shot glasses. Top off with sweet milk chocolate candy kisses for an elegant finish.
