Ingredients:
1cupunsweetened flaked coconut
0.25 cupcastor sugar or superfine sugar
3egg yolks
0.5 cupself-rising flour
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
Combine coconut, sugar, and egg yolks in a bowl until a stiff dough forms. Shape into 1-inch balls, coat each ball in flour, then arrange on a baking sheet with 2-inch spacing.
Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
