Easy and delicious 3-ingredient game-day appetizer that can be served straight from the oven or kept warm in a slow cooker.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) pound of bacon
  • 1 (14 ounce) package of little smokie sausages
  • 1 cup brown sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and cover a baking sheet or jelly roll pan with aluminum foil.
  • Cut the whole slab of bacon into thirds at once using kitchen scissors.
  • Wrap each bacon slice snugly around a smokie, securing it with a toothpick. Arrange the wrapped smokies on a baking sheet and generously sprinkle brown sugar on top.
  • Bake sausages until bacon is crispy and brown sugar has melted, about 40-45 minutes.
  • Enjoy right away or keep your dish warm in a slow cooker.
