Silverbeet, chorizo & beans

Elevate leafy greens with spicy chorizo and creamy white beans.
Ingredients:
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 1 chorizo, thinly sliced
  • 1 brown onion, halved, thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 bunch silverbeet, stems removed, leaves coarsely chopped
  • 420g can Cannellini Beans, rinsed, drained
Instructions:
  • In a large frying pan over medium heat, sizzle the chorizo in oil until crispy and golden, about 5 minutes. Then, relocate the chorizo to a paper towel-lined plate.
  • Saute the onion and garlic in the pan until soft, then add the silverbeet and cannellini beans, cooking until the silverbeet wilts. Finally, mix in the chorizo until heated through. Season to taste.
