Elevate your fruit salad with a crunchy mix of seeds and nuts – perfect for any time of day!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup fat-free natural yoghurt
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 apple
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 4 tablespoons sliced almonds or your favourite nuts
Instructions:
  • Combine yoghurt and honey in a small bowl. Peel the oranges, removing the pith and slicing out the segments over a bowl to collect the juices. Add apple chunks, banana slices, and toss together. Divide the fruit among four bowls, top with yoghurt, and sprinkle with poppy seeds and almonds. Serve with a sprinkle of seeds or nuts.
