Skinny Creamy Peach-Berry Dessert

Healthy frozen treat with significantly reduced fat and cholesterol, just 90 calories per serving. The perfect guilt-free way to cool off in the summer.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cartons (6 oz) Yoplait® Light or Original Harvest Peach® yogurt
  • 1 package (8 oz) fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 of a container (8 oz) frozen light whipped dessert topping, thawed
  • 1 cup chopped pitted and peeled fresh peaches or thawed and drained Cascadian Farm™ frozen organic sliced peaches
  • 1 cup fresh or Cascadian Farm™ frozen organic unsweetened blueberries or raspberries, and/or strawberries, thawed and drained if frozen
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • Fresh berries (optional)
Instructions:
  • Combine yogurt and cream cheese in a bowl, then mix with an electric mixer until smooth. Gently fold in whipped topping, peaches, and 1 cup of berries.
  • Transfer the mixture into a 2-quart square baking dish, ensuring it is spread evenly. Cover the dish and freeze for approximately 8 hours or until the mixture is firm.
  • Before serving, allow to sit at room temperature for around 45 minutes to slightly thaw. Cut into squares and optionally decorate with fresh mint leaves and extra berries.
