Delicious low-calorie iced coffee with pumpkin creamer and spice, a taste of autumn.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup ice
  • 0.5 cup cold coffee
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free pumpkin spice coffee creamer (such as International Delight®)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free pumpkin flavored syrup (such as Torani®)
  • 0.5 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 (1 gram) packets stevia sweetener (such as Truvia®)
  • 1 tablespoon fat-free whipped topping, or to taste
Instructions:
  • In a blender, combine ice, cold coffee, almond milk, coffee creamer, syrup, pumpkin spice, and sweetener. Blend until smooth. Finish by topping with whipped cream.
