1 small onion, chopped
1 small red bell pepper, chopped
1tablespoonapple cider vinegar
1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
2cups tomato sauce

6hamburger buns, split and toasted
Instructions:
Season both sides of the beef flank steak generously with steak seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until it shimmers, then sear the steak on both sides until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side. Remove the beef from the skillet and set it aside.
Combine brown sugar, onion, red bell pepper, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, and tomato paste in a slow cooker until the brown sugar dissolves. Add flank steak into the sauce ensuring it is submerged. Cook on High for 4 hours or on Low for 8 hours.
Shred the meat using 2 forks or chop it, then mix it back into the sauce. Toast the buns and assemble the delicious sloppied steak sandwiches.
