Ingredients:
  • 56.88 gm olive oil
  • 400.00 gm arborio rice
  • 765.00 gm chicken style liquid stock
  • 250.00 gm white wine
  • 1 brown onions, finely sliced or diced
  • 10.00 ml garlic granules
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
  • Coat rice with olive oil in slow cooker pot.
  • Combine all remaining ingredients in the pot and simmer for about 1.5-2 hours. Remember to check every 20-30 minutes to ensure the liquid level is maintained. If the liquid evaporates but the rice is not fully cooked, incrementally add one cup of chicken stock at a time and mix well. Continue until the rice reaches desired consistency, as cooking times may differ based on your slow cooker.
