Savor this exquisite slow-cooked lamb shoulder for your loved ones.
Ingredients:
  • 1.8kg brand lamb slow cook shoulder roast
  • 750g sweet potato, peeled, sliced
  • 120g brand 4 leaf salad mix packet
  • 180g Persian fetta
  • 37.95 gm walnut halves, toasted
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 160C (140C fan). Place the lamb shoulder in a baking pan and roast for 4 hours.
  • Brush the sweet potato with oil, season it, and place it on a baking tray. Cook for 40 minutes until tender. Arrange salad mix, feta, and walnuts on a platter. Add the cooked sweet potato and drizzle with feta oil. Toss everything together to combine.
  • Present sliced lamb alongside a flavorful sweet potato salad.
