Create a delicious slow cooker dish by stacking hash browns, green beans, and seasoned ground beef for a hearty and satisfying meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can (2.8 oz) French-fried onions
  • 4 cups frozen country-style shredded hash brown potatoes (from 30-oz bag)
  • 1 bag (12 oz) frozen cut green beans
Instructions:
  • In a 10-inch skillet, sauté the beef over medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes until browned. Drain any excess fat. Add the soup, milk, pepper, and half of the onions, then stir well to combine.
  • Prepare the slow cooker by generously spraying it with cooking spray. Arrange a layer of potatoes and green beans in the slow cooker, then evenly spread the beef mixture on top.
  • Cover and let it simmer on low heat for 6 to 7 hours. Sprinkle the remaining onions on top right before serving.
