Whip up a satisfying pasta casserole in just 20 minutes for an effortless meal prep even on hectic days.
Ingredients:
  • 3 medium carrots, sliced (1 1/2 cups)
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can (15 oz) Progresso™ garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (6 ounces) Italian-style tomato paste
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen cut green beans (from 12 oz bag), thawed
  • 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni (3 1/2 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (2 ounces)
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker, excluding the green beans, macaroni, and cheese.
  • Simmer on low heat for 6 to 8 hours, covered.
  • Add the green beans and macaroni to the pot, turn the heat to High, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes until the beans and macaroni are tender. Top it off with a generous sprinkle of cheese before serving.
