Ingredients:
  • fennel bulbs
  • cherry tomatoes
  • 1 pinch of caraway seeds
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 160°C/325°F/gas 3. Cut the fennel bulbs into quarters and place them in a roasting dish with tomatoes and caraway seeds. Season with sea salt, black pepper, and drizzle with oil. Roast until fennel is tender and caramelized, about 1 hour.
