Ingredients:
  • 30.00 gm creme fraiche
  • 1 tsp finely chopped fresh dill sprigs
  • 10.60 gm lemon juice
  • 6 slices white bread
  • 100g sliced smoked salmon
  • 1 small Lebanese cucumber, cut into ribbons (see note)
Instructions:
  • Combine the creme fraiche, dill, and lemon juice in a bowl. Season with freshly ground black pepper and stir well.
  • Spread a thin layer of creme fraiche mixture on one side of each bread slice. Place salmon and cucumber on 3 slices of bread. Top with the remaining slices. Trim off crusts with a serrated knife. Cut each sandwich into 3 fingers and serve.
