Smoked salmon and dill pikelets

Easy entertaining with mini pikelets topped with smoked salmon and dill.
Ingredients:
  • 300g (1 1/4 cups) sour cream
  • 23.40 gm Brand Wholegrain Mustard
  • 40.00 ml fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 20.00 ml fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 10.60 gm lemon juice
  • 2 x 140g pkts Golden Pikelet Bites
  • 200g smoked salmon
  • Dill sprigs, to serve
Instructions:
  • Mix the sour cream, mustard, chives, dill, and lemon juice in a small bowl, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Top each pikelet with a dollop of the sour cream mixture, smoked salmon, a dill sprig, and freshly ground black pepper. Place on a serving platter.
