Whip up a creamy smoked salmon dip with zesty lemon and fresh dill in minutes using your food processor.
Ingredients:
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 lemon, juiced
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried dill weed to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 ounce salmon roe
Instructions:
  • Blend smoked salmon in a food processor until smooth. Add heavy cream, cream cheese, juice of half a lemon, dried dill weed, salt, and pepper. Blend to your preferred consistency. Transfer to a medium serving dish and top with salmon roe for garnish.
