Smoky tortilla crisps

Deliciously aromatic crispbreads perfectly paired with soups or enjoyed solo as a snack.
Ingredients:
  • 3 sundried tomato and basil tortillas
  • 40g butter, melted
  • 2.50 gm smoked paprika
  • 3 tsp dried oregano
  • 2.40 gm sea salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan-forced and grease 2 baking trays.
  • Lay tortillas on a board. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with paprika, oregano, and salt. Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on trays.
  • Bake until golden, swapping trays halfway through for even cooking. Cool on trays before serving.
