Transform a classic Waldorf salad into a satisfying lunch or light meal by adding cooked turkey meat. Enjoy it over salad greens or stuffed in a pita shell for a delicious twist!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 cups cubed cooked turkey
  • 1 cup halved red seedless grapes
  • 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • 0.5 cup chopped celery with leaves
  • 0.5 cup chopped red onion
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, cider vinegar, sugar, curry powder, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth. In a salad bowl, gently mix turkey meat, red grapes, apple, celery, red onion, and walnuts. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is coated. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for optimal flavor).
