Sour Cream and Chive Biscuits

Herb-infused Bisquick biscuit ready in 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons milk or melted butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 450°F. Combine Bisquick mix, sour cream, and chives in a medium bowl until a soft dough forms.
  • Place the dough on a Bisquick mix-covered surface and shape it into a ball, kneading it 10 times. Roll the dough out to a 1/2-inch thickness and cut it into 10 rounds using a 2-inch cutter or a drinking glass dipped in Bisquick mix. Arrange the rounds on an ungreased cookie sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until beautifully golden brown, then delicately brush with milk or butter.
