Ingredients:
  • 6 large eggs
Instructions:
  • 1. Fill a large pot with water and heat it up. Submerge a sous vide immersion cooker into the water and set the temperature to 170 degrees F (77 degrees C) per the manufacturer's instructions. When the water reaches the desired temperature, gently place the eggs in the water using a slotted spoon. Set a timer for 40 minutes.
  • Once the timer goes off, transfer the eggs to a large bowl. Gently shake the bowl to crack the eggs. Cool the eggs by covering them with ice water. Peel them carefully under running water.
