Tasty coffee cake with a comforting twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup Southern Comfort liqueur
  • 1.5 cups chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), then generously coat a 9-inch bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a bowl, mix together cake mix, instant vanilla pudding, eggs, milk, oil, Southern Comfort, and chopped walnuts until well combined. Beat for 2 minutes, then pour the batter into the prepared pan. Enjoy!
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 to 1 hour and 10 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the cake comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then flip it onto a serving dish and savor.
