Spaghetti bolognaise

Whip up a delicious veggie-packed spaghetti Bolognese for the whole family to enjoy!
Ingredients:
350g spaghetti
1carrot, peeled, finely chopped
1celerystick, finely chopped
4slicesprosciutto, chopped
1 tsp garlic
500g 4 Star beef mince
500g btl Extra Bolognese pasta sauce
1sprigfresh rosemary
40.00 ml basil, finely chopped
Basil leaves, to serve
Parmesan, finely gratedto serve
Instructions:
Prepare San Remo Spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling water according to package instructions, cooking until al dente. Drain well.
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Sauté onion, carrot, celery, prosciutto, and garlic for 5 mins until onion softens. Add mince, cook while breaking up lumps, for 5 mins until it changes color and is cooked through.
Gently incorporate the pasta sauce and add the fresh rosemary sprig. Lower the heat to medium-low and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
Remove the rosemary sprig, add chopped basil, and mix well. Serve spaghetti in individual bowls, and top with sauce, fresh basil leaves, and parmesan cheese.
