Whip up a delicious veggie-packed spaghetti Bolognese for the whole family to enjoy!
Ingredients:
  • 350g spaghetti
  • 1 carrot, peeled, finely chopped
  • 1 celery stick, finely chopped
  • 4 slices prosciutto, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 500g 4 Star beef mince
  • 500g btl Extra Bolognese pasta sauce
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 40.00 ml basil, finely chopped
  • Basil leaves, to serve
  • Parmesan, finely grated to serve
Instructions:
  • Prepare San Remo Spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling water according to package instructions, cooking until al dente. Drain well.
  • Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Sauté onion, carrot, celery, prosciutto, and garlic for 5 mins until onion softens. Add mince, cook while breaking up lumps, for 5 mins until it changes color and is cooked through.
  • Gently incorporate the pasta sauce and add the fresh rosemary sprig. Lower the heat to medium-low and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
  • Remove the rosemary sprig, add chopped basil, and mix well. Serve spaghetti in individual bowls, and top with sauce, fresh basil leaves, and parmesan cheese.
