Spaghetti bolognaise

Delicious and lean spaghetti bolognese.
Ingredients:
4.60 gm olive oil
1brown onion, finely chopped
2zucchini, finely chopped
400g extra lean beef mince
700ml bottle Provvista Sugo Classica tomato pasta sauce
400g spaghetti
Salt & freshly ground pepper
Instructions:
In a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat, warm the oil. Add the onion, garlic, zucchini, and carrot. Cook uncovered for 8-10 minutes until the veggies are tender.
Turn up the heat to high and add the minced meat. Cook while stirring for 2-3 minutes until nicely browned. Pour in the pasta sauce and 1/4 cup (60ml) of water, then let it come to a gentle simmer. Lower the heat to low and let it simmer without a lid for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions until al dente, then drain.
Combine the bolognese sauce with the spaghetti, mix thoroughly, and evenly distribute into serving bowls. Enjoy your meal!
