Spaghetti bolognaise

Affordable and easy spaghetti bolognese, a quick meal for any day of the week.
Ingredients:
36.40 gm olive oil
1brown onion, chopped
1garlicclove, crushed
550g lean beef mince
80ml (1/3 cup) dry red wine
Pinch of dried oregano
44.40 gm tomato paste
1 415g canBig Red tomato soup (Heinz brand)
125ml (1/2 cup) chicken style liquid stock
41.60 gm tomato sauce
44.00 gm sweet chilli sauce
Sea salt & cracked black pepper
375g spaghetti
40.00 ml coarsely choppedfresh continental parsley
Shavedparmesan, to serve
Instructions:
In a large heavy-based saucepan over medium heat, sizzle the oil until shimmering. Toss in the onion and garlic, stirring occasionally, for about 3 minutes until the onion turns soft.
Add the ground meat and cook it while stirring with a wooden spoon to break up any clumps, for about 5 minutes or until the meat changes color. Lower the heat to medium and pour in the wine and oregano. Let it simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes or until the liquid reduces.
Add the tomato paste and stir continuously for 1 minute until fully incorporated.
Combine the tomato soup, chicken stock, tomato sauce, and chili sauce in a pot. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer uncovered for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Season with sea salt and cracked black pepper to taste.
Cook the spaghetti in a large saucepan of salted boiling water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta.
Combine the spaghetti and parsley with the bolognaise sauce, tossing gently until fully mixed.
Present in shallow serving bowls, generously sprinkle with shaved parmesan, and serve without delay.
