Elevate your Christmas brunch with a festive berry champagne cocktail.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 lime
  • 100ml raspberry liqueur
  • 250ml Raspberri vodka
  • 750ml btl sparkling wine, chilled
Instructions:
  • Using a lime, gently coat the rim of each glass. Spread sugar on a small plate and press the sugared edge of each glass onto the plate. Chill the glasses in the fridge.
  • Combine the raspberry liqueur and raspberry vodka in a cocktail shaker, then pour evenly into the glasses. Finish by topping each glass with sparkling wine.
