Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce (sambal)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1.5 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets, cut into 1-inch squares
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch squares
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 4 carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 4 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • Reynolds Wrap® Non Stick Aluminum Foil
Instructions:
  • Preheat the broiler on low.
  • Combine the chili garlic sauce, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, sugar, and vinegar and whisk until well mixed.
  • Toss the diced salmon into the bowl and blend until fully coated.
  • Prepare a cookie sheet by lining it with Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Foil. Arrange the salmon evenly on the foil and broil for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked.
  • Drizzle the last bit of sesame oil into a sizzling large frying pan on high heat. Toss in the bell peppers, snow peas, and carrot, stirring constantly for 3 to 4 minutes. Lastly, infuse the veggies with the final touch of soy sauce.
  • Serve the cooked salmon and vegetables evenly over four portions of rice.
  • Top the dish with your choice of a perfectly boiled egg or a crispy fried egg before serving.
