Asian-inspired crispy pork tenderloin by Reynolds - quick and full of flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 1 Reynolds® Oven Bag, Large Size
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3/4 cup Thai peanut sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, excess fat and silver skin removed*
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups fresh sugar snap peas
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, cut in 1/4-inch strips
  • 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) chicken flavor ramen noodle soup
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Put a Reynolds® Oven Bag in a 13x9x2-inch pan. Add flour, peanut sauce, and water to the bag. Gently massage the bag to mix the ingredients; then, set it aside.
  • Cut the pork tenderloin into 1-inch slices and season with salt and pepper. Place the pork in an oven bag and mix well with the sauce. Spread the pork into a single layer in the bag and add snap peas and bell pepper on top.
  • Seal oven bag securely with the provided nylon tie, then make six 1/2-inch slits on the top. Tuck the ends of the bag into the pan.
  • Bake until pork reaches 145°F on a meat thermometer, approximately 12 to 14 minutes. While pork is baking, prepare noodles according to package instructions. Drain noodles and combine them in a medium bowl with 1 seasoning packet, sesame oil, and green onions; mix well. Carefully open the bag.
  • Divide noodles evenly onto plates. Top with pork, vegetables, and sauce, then sprinkle with peanuts and green onions. Add more peanut sauce if you like.
