Simple 4-ingredient recipe: Juicy chicken breasts coated in flavorful spinach pesto with Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups finely chopped fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons basil pesto, or to taste
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) for a perfectly baked dish.
  • Combine fresh, vibrant spinach with flavorful pesto in a bowl. Layer half of the delightful mixture at the base of a glass baking dish before gently arranging the chicken on top. Spread the rest of the spinach mixture over the chicken, sealing in all the delicious flavors. Lastly, securely cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  • After baking for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, generously sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the chicken. Continue baking until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F, about 15 more minutes.
