Easy Italian almond meringue cookies - just 3 ingredients!
Ingredients:
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup toasted sliced almonds
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and prepare baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper.
  • In a spacious glass or metal bowl, whip the egg white until foamy. Slowly incorporate sugar, beating until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the toasted almonds. Place teaspoonfuls on the baking sheets.
  • Place in a preheated oven and bake until golden and firm, about 15 to 20 minutes. Once fully cooled, store the cookies in plastic bags and freeze.
