Elevate Jell-O shots with layers of Jameson whiskey and Baileys Strawberries & Cream for a delicious Irish twist.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 (3 ounce) package lime-flavored gelatin mix (such as Jell-O®)
  • 0.5 cup boiling water
  • 0.5 cup Irish whiskey (such as Jameson®)
  • 1 (1 ounce) package unflavored gelatin (such as Knox®)
  • 0.5 cup strawberry cream liqueur (such as Baileys®)
Instructions:
  • Position shot glasses in a mini muffin tin angled.
  • In a bowl, combine lime gelatin mix with 1/2 cup boiling water until dissolved. Mix in Irish whiskey until fully combined. Carefully fill shot glasses close to the top. Chill in the refrigerator for around 4 hours to set.
  • In a bowl, combine unflavored gelatin with 1/2 cup of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved. Allow to rest for 3 to 5 minutes. Mix in strawberry cream liqueur until smooth.
  • Take the glasses out of the muffin tin and stand them up. Spoon the strawberry mixture on top. Put the glasses back in the refrigerator and chill until firm, approximately 4 hours.
