Summer Greek tuna salad with grapes, almonds, feta, cucumber, and dill.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (5 ounce) cans solid white albacore tuna in water, drained
  • 0.5 cup diced English cucumber
  • 0.5 cup seedless red grapes, halved
  • 0.25 cup tzatziki sauce, or more to taste
  • 0.25 cup slivered or sliced almonds, toasted
  • 0.25 cup feta cheese crumbles
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cups spring mix greens, or as desired
  • 1 (6 ounce) package pita chips
Instructions:
  • Combine tuna, cucumber, grapes, tzatziki sauce, almonds, feta cheese, dill, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Mix thoroughly. Stir in lemon juice.
  • Present on a vibrant green salad with crispy pita chips served alongside.
