Make a delicious fall pear sauce from ripe pears to elevate any dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 10 ripe pears - peeled, cored, and chopped, or more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon water, or as needed
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 pinches ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • In a pot, let the pears simmer in water until soft, about 25 minutes. Stir in lemon juice and cinnamon. Use a hand blender or regular blender to puree the mixture until smooth.
