Easy weeknight chicken soft tacos with seasoned rotisserie chicken, pico de gallo, and Mexican cheese blend in flour tortillas.
Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 rotisserie chicken, meat removed and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 12 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups pico de gallo salsa
  • 0.5 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
Instructions:
  • In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Cook and stir chicken with chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper until heated through, about 10 minutes. Spoon chicken onto tortillas and top with pico de gallo and Mexican cheese blend.
