Unique twist on classic spaghetti: ground turkey, veggies, creamy soup, spices. Deliciously surprising!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 (14.75 ounce) cans spaghetti with meat sauce
  • 1 cup Italian-style seasoned bread crumbs
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook turkey until browned, about 10-15 minutes, then drain any excess fat. Add garlic, pepper, bell pepper, and onion to the skillet with the turkey. Saute until the onion turns transparent, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Combine soup and cook for 2 minutes, then stir in spaghetti until fully mixed. Transfer mixture to a 2 1/2 liter casserole dish and bake in the oven.
  • After baking the dish in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, elevate it by sprinkling bread crumbs on top and return it to the oven for an additional 10 minutes to achieve a perfect golden crust.
