Strawberry and Pimm’s crumble recipe

Transform fresh strawberries and Pimm's into a mouthwatering crumble. Enjoy with cream or vanilla ice cream for a decadent dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 750g strawberries, halved
  • 80ml pimm's no 1 cup
  • 165g brown sugar
  • 150g plain flour
  • 100g butter, chopped, softened
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C. Place the strawberries in a 6-cup (1.5L) baking dish and mix in the Pimm’s or orange juice along with 2 tsp of sugar until well combined.
  • Mix flour and the rest of the sugar in a small bowl. Add the butter and rub it into the flour mixture with your fingertips until it looks like coarse breadcrumbs. Sprinkle this over the strawberry mixture in the dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is beautifully golden brown and the strawberry is tender. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
