Energizing banana breakfast smoothie.
Ingredients:
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled, cut into chunks
  • 1 ripe nectarine, peeled, pitted and quartered
  • 4 to 5 large fresh strawberries, cut in half
  • 1 cup strawberry frozen yogurt
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend on high for 20-30 seconds until smooth.
  • Divide the mixture evenly between 2 glasses and serve promptly.
