Indulge in our irresistible classic dessert - a wickedly delicious trifle!
Ingredients:
  • 85g Original Orange Flavoured Jelly Crystals
  • 85g Original Mango Flavoured Jelly Crystals
  • 500.00 gm boiling water
  • 300g jam roll, cut into 1cm-thick slices
  • 86.63 gm orange juice
  • 400g can peach slices in natural juice, drained
  • 480.00 gm thick vanilla custard
  • 425g can sliced mango in natural juice, drained, sliced
  • 600ml thickened cream
  • 6.00 gm icing sugar mixture
  • Toasted flaked almonds, to serve
Instructions:
  • In two separate heatproof bowls, combine the orange jelly crystals and mango jelly crystals. Pour boiling water into each bowl and stir well until completely dissolved. Add 200ml of cold water to each bowl and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the mixture is just set and has a thick, syrupy consistency.
  • Lay out the jam roll in a 10 cup capacity serving bowl. Drizzle with orange juice, then spoon orange jelly over it. Add peach slices followed by custard. Spoon mango jelly over the top and finish by adding mango slices.
  • Beat cream and icing sugar into fluffy peaks using an electric mixer. Spoon over mango, cover, and refrigerate overnight. Garnish with almonds before serving.
