Delicious slow-cooked beef stroganoff with rich cream of mushroom sauce and savory beef bouillon.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound beef stew meat, sliced thinly
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cubes beef bouillon (such as Oxo®), crumbled
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (16 ounce) package egg noodles
Instructions:
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook beef in the hot skillet, stirring occasionally, until some fat is released, about 1 to 2 minutes. Add onion and saute until beef is fully browned, about 5 minutes.
  • Introduce water into the skillet and mix in beef bouillon. Lower the heat and simmer until most of the liquid has evaporated, approximately 90 minutes.
  • Blend the creamy mushroom soup with the beef mixture, then let it simmer until warm, approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
  • 1. Boil a large pot of lightly salted water. Add egg noodles and cook until al dente, about 5 minutes. Drain the noodles. Serve the noodles on 4 plates and top with beef mixture.
