Ingredients:
  • 250g red cabbage, finely shredded
  • 250g green cabbage, finely shredded
  • 2 carrots, peeled, grated
  • 1 medium white onion, grated
  • 61.88 gm gluten-free whole-egg mayonnaise
  • 23.40 gm gluten-free dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 20.00 gm caster sugar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions:
  • Prepare the dressing by combining mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sugar, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Whisk until fully combined.
  • In a large bowl, mix together red cabbage, green cabbage, carrot, and onion. Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with salt. Toss well to coat everything evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours to enhance the flavors. Serve and enjoy!
