Velvety butternut squash and sweet potatoes create a luscious pie filling.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
  • 2 cups cooked butternut squash
  • 4 eggs
  • 0.5 cup condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
  • 1 (10 ounce) package mini marshmallows
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfect bake.
  • Combine the sweet potatoes and squash in a bowl and mash them together. Mix in the eggs, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice until well incorporated. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  • Bake the pie in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, then top with marshmallows. Continue baking until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean, about 30 more minutes.
