Moist & light yellow cake with milk & powdered sugar glaze, made with ancient high-protein wheat strain.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups high protein wheat flour
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups water
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Then, generously grease and flour a 10-inch round cake pan.
  • Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Create a well in the center and add eggs, vanilla extract, oil, and water. Stir until the batter is smooth, then pour it into a 10-inch round cake pan.
  • Place the cake in a preheated oven and bake for 25 to 35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool before adding frosting.
