Whip up a fresh Greek salad by chopping bell peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, and olives. Drizzle with a simple vinegar and oil dressing, then top with crumbled feta cheese. Delicious simplicity!
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 0.75 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 cup cucumber - peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 0.5 cup diced red onion
  • 4 large black olives, quartered
  • 0.5 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
Instructions:
  • Combine the vibrant red bell pepper, crisp green bell pepper, refreshing cucumber, juicy tomato, zesty red onion, and tangy olives in a spacious bowl.
  • Combine the oil and vinegar in a bowl. Just before serving, mix in the feta cheese, and salt. Toss everything together and enjoy!
