Creamy mushroom and crawfish pasta with Parmesan, parsley, and a kick of spice.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 pound frozen raw crawfish
  • 1 cup chopped green onion
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Creole-style seasoning
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil. Cook garlic powder and mushrooms until tender, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Stir in succulent crawfish and aromatic onions. Simmer on low for 5 minutes.
  • Add in the delightful Parmesan cheese, fresh parsley, and creamy half and half. Let it gently simmer for 5 minutes before incorporating the zesty crushed red pepper and flavorful Creole seasoning. Season with a touch of salt and pepper to your liking.
