Philly cheese steak flavors in a decadent dip.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 0.5 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 0.5 pound sliced roast beef, chopped
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the onion and green pepper in Italian dressing until onion is soft, about 5 minutes. Add provolone, cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheese melts. Remove from heat and stir in the roast beef.
  • Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish and generously sprinkle with savory Parmesan cheese. Bake without covering for approximately 25 minutes or until it is piping hot and beautifully bubbly.
