Ingredients:
  • 2 frenched lamb loin racks, each with 6 cutlets
  • 77.50 gm tandoori paste
  • 125.00 ml Greek Style Yoghurt
  • Steamed green beans, to serve
  • Boiled potatoes, to serve
Instructions:
  • Prepare a delectable marinade by mixing tandoori paste and yogurt in a shallow dish.
  • Place the lamb in the flavorful marinade, ensuring it is well coated. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or let the flavors develop for up to 8 hours.
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C. Arrange the lamb on a tray and roast for 35 minutes for a perfect medium-rare doneness. Let it rest for 10 minutes, covered with foil. Enjoy your lamb with beans and boiled potatoes.
