Elevate tacos with spooky olive toppings for a festive Halloween twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (4.7 oz) Old El Paso™ Stand 'n Stuff Taco Shells (10 Count)
  • 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
  • 1 packet (1 oz) Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped (3/4 cup)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 20 extra-large pitted ripe olives
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 325°F and warm taco shells according to package instructions.
  • In a 10-inch skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat. Add taco seasoning mix and water, then reduce heat to medium. Cook uncovered for about 5 minutes until the liquid has evaporated. Remove from heat.
  • Fill warm taco shells with the savory beef mixture. Sprinkle with delicious cheese, fresh lettuce, and juicy tomato.
  • Place the sour cream in a small resealable plastic bag. Seal the bag and then cut a tiny hole in one corner. Use the bag to pipe the sour cream in a spiderweb design over the top of each taco.
  • Top each taco with a whole olive, pitted end down. Cut another olive in half lengthwise and place the pieces around the olive for legs. Use two dots of sour cream for eyes on top of the olive.
